Equipment
Taster session requires no equipment but if you have gloves please bring them. Just wear any sports/loose clothes.
The 1st essential pieced of equipment is gloves, then view the below equipment list.

You can source your own equipment and decide you own budget there are various discount outlets now, such as sports direct, decathlon and various online outlets such as amazon. Welfare Officer and Child Protection
All instructors have Advance DBS checks and we also have a welfare officer for any issues in class.
