Supplement your karate with weight training and cardio. You need to be explosive, powerful and fit. Karate is not about remembering Kata and doing line work. Its about developing your fighting skills.

Recommend HIIT for fitness, better Oxygen Consumption and well-being.

Weight training for power, explosiveness and strength.
Power Building is my preference and mixture of compound and isolation exercises.
